- Always bag to contain blankets and keep our drop sites happy.
- Please do not send wet blankets. Thank you.
- No repairs will be made on dirty blankets.
- IF over $60 is needed to repair we will call for permission to proceed. Your order will be on hold until we hear from you.
- For reproofing, we treat with the best products available. These products offer no money-back guarantees.
- Farm/barn pick-up. For door-to-door pick-up and delivery: farm/barn pick-up and returns are available for 20 or more blankets. A trip charge of $30 will be applied each way, within a 50 mile radios.
- Rush orders are accepted and are double the cost of washing per blanket. Wet blankets sent to us will be a mandatory rush fee.
